Can I sue somebody who is impersonating ebay?
I bought a truck online and I was going to pay cash and have it shipped down through ebay but when I was suckered into using Walmart moneygram and then never received the truck i knew i was being scammed. Ebay or whoever was trying to be ebay sent me an invoice with an ebay interface and everything. It looked real legit but now i feel that I got scammed. Do i have a legit case? because I’ve got their aol e-mail and aol already said that an attorney can receive all the infortmation of the e-mail once a case is filed.
That is why you never buy stuff online.
